A few shared expectations help make the experience comfortable for your group and our neighbors.
Guests & visits
Maximum occupancy is 12 registered guests. Visitors need prior host approval. Parties and events are not permitted.
Arrival & departure
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM. Checkout is by 11:00 AM. Your host provides reservation-specific arrival and access instructions.
Quiet hours & smoking
Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM, including the rooftop and outdoor areas. Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on the property.
Dogs
One dog under 50 pounds may be allowed with prior written approval. A $200 pet fee applies per stay. Ask your host before bringing a dog.
Rooftop & hot tub
No glass is allowed on the rooftop or in the hot tub. Use plastic cups and wine glasses. Rinse before entering the hot tub, do not add products or chemicals, supervise children, and secure the covers after use.
Care during your stay
Please report damage and maintenance concerns promptly. Do not put pots, pans, or knife-block knives in the dishwasher. Keep access codes private and follow the handbook instructions provided for your reservation.
