Where is The Rooftop Lounge?
The Rooftop Lounge is in Iowa City, Iowa, near Herbert Hoover Highway and I-80. It is approximately a 10-minute drive from downtown, depending on traffic. Your arrival instructions include the exact address.
How many guests can stay?
The maximum occupancy is 12 registered guests. Visitors require prior host approval. The home has three bedrooms, with additional sleeping options described on the property page.
Is the rooftop and hot tub private?
Yes. The approximately 800-square-foot rooftop and its hot tub are for your group’s use. Please follow the hot-tub instructions, supervise children, and use only plastic drinkware on the rooftop.
What time are check-in and checkout?
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM. Checkout is by 11:00 AM. Contact your host before making plans that require an earlier arrival or later departure.
Is parking included?
Yes. There is space for two vehicles in the private garage and up to three in the driveway. Please keep neighboring driveways, sidewalks, and access routes clear.
Can I bring a dog?
One dog under 50 pounds may be allowed with prior written host approval. A $200 pet fee applies per stay. Please ask before booking with a dog.
Are parties or events allowed?
No. Parties and events are not permitted. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. Smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere on the property.
